This 60-minute treatment is ideal if you're dealing with general muscle tension (rather than a specific injury) and could benefit from a thorough full-body loosen-up. We would suggest a 60-minute sports massage if this is your first appointment at the clinic, or a minimum of 45- minutes. For returning clients with 1–2 areas needing targeted work, this session offers just the right amount of time for effective treatment.
This 30-minute session is ideal if you're experiencing general tension in a single area (rather than a specific injury) and just need a quick loosen-up. We don’t recommend this option for first-time clients, as it doesn’t allow enough time for a proper assessment and thorough treatment. In that case, we suggest booking a 45 or 60-minute session instead. If you're unsure which option is best for you, our admin team is always happy to help—just reach out and we’ll guide you through the booking process.
