This 90-minute sports massage is a great option if you have generalised tension (rather than a specific injury) and in need of a full-body treatment.

Sport Massage

This specialised Injury Treatment & Rehab combo session includes a full assessment and treatment of your injury with the added Rehab exercises explained and performed within the session to ensure comprehensive recovery and effective progression.
This is a great option for you if you struggle with execution of rehab exercises or need more guidance on the rehab exercises and are looking at getting back to your fitness journey as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Integrated Sports Rehab & Injury Treatment

This 60-minute treatment is ideal if you're dealing with general muscle tension (rather than a specific injury) and could benefit from a thorough full-body loosen-up. It's a great choice for first-time clients with 1–2 key areas that need attention.
If you're a returning client with 2–3 areas requiring focused work, this session also provides the time needed for effective, targeted treatment.

60-minute hot stone therapy. Great for recovery and working deep into the muscles with more of a gentle touch compared to a sports massage. 
Please note, we work within a gym environment, so this will not be a spa experience.

Hot Stone Massage

This 45 minute sports massage is ideal if you’re experiencing general muscle tension (rather than a specific injury) and need a focused loosen up. We would suggest a 60-minute sports massage if this is your first appointment at the clinic, or a minimum of 45- minutes. 
For returning clients with 1–2 areas needing targeted work, this session offers just the right amount of time for effective treatment.

This 30-minute session is ideal if you're experiencing general tension in a single area (rather than a specific injury) and just need a quick loosen-up. We don’t recommend this option for first-time clients, as it doesn’t allow enough time for a proper assessment and thorough treatment. In that case, we suggest booking a 45 or 60-minute session instead.

This specialised Injury Treatment & Rehab combo session includes a shorter assessment and treatment of your injury, with a greater focus on your rehab exercises. Your exercises will be explained and performed within the session to ensure comprehensive recovery and effective progression.
This is a great option for you if you need more guidance on the rehab exercises and are looking at getting back to your fitness journey as quickly and efficiently as possible. 
This session will include 30-40 minutes on the injury assessment/treatment and 20-30 minutes focusing on your personalised rehab plan.

If you're suffering with an injury, this 45-minute injury treatment will give you an initial assessment and treatment to get you started on your recovery process.
We usually suggest 60 minutes for the first session to allow us enough time to assess and treat you, however 45 minutes may be enough time in some instances. If you aren't sure what option to go for, feel free to contact our admin team now and they will help book the right treatment for you

This is for first time Crossfit Devils Path members only. 
If you train here and haven't been treated by one of the team before, this is the option for you.

This 60 minute session will be a great option if you don't have a specific injury but need maintenance work, following on from an injury treatment.
(If you have a specific injury that needs attention, choose injury treatment when booking instead).

Maintenance Treatment

If you're suffering with an injury, this 60-minute injury treatment will give you a full assessment and treatment to get you started on your recovery process.
We usually suggest 60 minutes for the first session to allow us enough time to assess and treat you.

This 45 minute session will be a great option if you don't have a specific injury but need maintenance work following on from an injury treatment.
(If you have a specific injury that needs attention, choose injury treatment when booking instead).

This 30 minute session will be a great option if you don't have a specific injury but need maintenance work, following on from an injury treatment.
(If you have a specific injury that needs attention, choose injury treatment when booking instead).

If you're suffering with an injury, this 30-minute injury treatment is good for a quick follow up appointment, depending on injury(s) this may not be enough time, consult your therapist or one of the admin team if you are unsure and we will help choose the right treatment for you.
We usually suggest a minimum of 45 minutes if not the full hour for the first session to allow us enough time to assess and treat you.

If you are in need of an Emergency Injury Appointment and you can't find any appointments available with your therapist, please get in contact with our admin team, who will try to arrange an appointment for you as quickly as possible.

Emergency Treatment

This is for first time Crossfit Devils Path members only. 
If you train here and haven't been treated by one of the team before, this is the option for you.
If you aren't a CrossFit member, but want an initial assessment, book a 60-minute injury treatment instead.
